Contact and support

The right support route is still being prepared.

Lyrebird is not yet operating a public support inbox. This page explains what is available now and avoids sending sensitive material to an unverified address.

Current support stateControlled-beta testers receive a direct feedback route.

A public support address will be published only after ownership and handling procedures are verified.

macOS first evidence-grounded user-controlled permitted use only

The current beta is invitation based. Testers receive setup instructions and a direct feedback channel as part of the beta process.

A public support email has not yet been verified for this domain. For that reason, this site does not publish a placeholder address or route sensitive data through a generic form.

For beta testers

Use the direct channel included with your invitation. Do not include raw interview audio, transcript content, provider keys, payment information, or unrelated personal data in a report.

For account privacy requests

The authenticated application provides account export and permanent deletion controls. Use those product controls rather than sending identity documents or account data through an unverified contact route.

For security reports

Do not send exploit details or secrets until a dedicated security address is published. A verified disclosure route is a remaining launch task.

Questions, answered plainly.

Can I request beta access here?

Not yet. A public intake path will be added after the support destination and beta capacity are verified.

How do I delete my account?

Use the permanent deletion control in authenticated Settings.

When will public support open?

It is tied to controlled-beta operations rather than a fixed public date.
