Audio capture, permissions, window management, code signing, and meeting-software behavior require platform-specific verification. Concentrating on macOS lets the team prove one complete experience before considering Windows or Linux.
Why the beta is controlled
Reliability, setup completion, unsupported-claim rates, privacy controls, and user usefulness need observed evidence. The controlled beta prioritizes mock interviews and aggregate reliability measures before expansion.
